After encountering bugs in the first room, the staff swiftly moved us to a more comfortable and bug-free space. the hotel's proximity to the airport, shopping, and dining options was a definite plus. the complimentary 24-hour shuttle service to and from the airport was convenient, and the indoor pool and fitness center were great for relaxation. the room's comfortable bed and tasteful design added to the overall experience, though I would have appreciated better maintenance in some areas. the on-site restaurant offered a pleasant dining experience, and the friendly staff made our stay enjoyable. All in all, Hilton Cincinnati Airport is a decent choice for travelers looking for convenience and comfort.
